40 Flex Rating: 40 Flex for an adult boot is VERY soft, and indicates that this boot is meant for beginners and very casual cruiser skiers. If this is a junior boot, 40 flex is stiffer than average and will be meant for strong kid skiers. High Thermal: This boot features extra thermal material in the toe of the boot to keep your foot a little extra warm. Macro adjust ladder (SuperMacro): The tooth plate opposite the top buckles can be moved in or out for a huge range of adjustment, and to fit narrow to wide lower legs. Tongue Pull: A loop of fabric at the top of the tongue helps in putting on and removing the boots. Pull it forward and to the side and your foot should slide right in.
35mm strap: Wider than average strap at the top of the boot to help keep the boot together and to give good performance while skiing. 105mm Last Width: This boot has a 105mm width in the forefoot area, and is one of the widest available for ski boots. This width gives wide-footed skiers a chance to enjoy skiing, instead of cramping up and getting pressure points the whole day. Average width skiers will find that this width is very comfortable and warm. Ergo Overlap: The shell has a unique overlap system that allows the foot to enter the boot easier, reducing strain on the foot, and making ski boots the highlight of the skiing experience, instead of the downfall. |
