Along with our latest shipment, we got a ton of
Atomic women's snowboards. This is awesome, because now the ladies don’t have to put up with ugly, manly graphics, and they can still get a great board! And not only that, but half of our women’s boards are Japanese models, so you won’t have to worry about seeing someone else with the same board as you.
Polarity. This board is built like a men’s board, with the goal of providing the girl who rides with the guys a way to keep up. Now before you think we’re just being sexist, let’s talk about some of the features. First and foremost, the flex of this board is 5, which is pretty darn stiff for a women’s board. Additionally, Atomic slapped a Sintered 7200 base on this board, which is one of the fastest, strongest bases out there. In fact, the only Atomic men’s boards with this feature are some of their top of the line Freeride boards. Continuing, the Polarity also features a Truth 3 core (Atomic’s strongest core), and an aggressive 1 degree bevel. Heck, on paper, this board read’s like an Upper Intermediate men’s board. The only difference is that the design is female friendly. For the right upper intermediate or expert female rider, this Atomic women's snowboard is a dream come true.
Getting into some of the Japanese boards, we have the Atomic Beat and Atomic Vantage JP. These board are female specific, and definitely meant for lower intermediates that are looking to progress their riding. They both feature a forgiving flex rating of 3, and Pop Rocker ET to enable super simple turning. However, they’re not the softest women’s boards, and they feature a slightly more aggressive, 2.5 degree bevel. This puts the Beat and Vantage JP solidly into the intermediate category, as beginners may find the stiffness and bevel a little too difficult to learn on.
Rounding out the Atomic women’s snowboards, we have the Atomic Tika which feature a flex of 3, and Pop Rocker Easy Turn, making it a great beginner board. Additionally, the Tika has a 3 degree bevel, eliminating a lot of the silly edge catches that occur while learning how to ride. This board would be a great way to avoid dumping your money into rental boards, by getting a good, quality board of your own that you can use to progress.
As you can see, Atomic really didn’t hold back when it came to putting together the Atomic Women’s Snowboard line. It doesn't matter if you’re a first time rider, or someone who is outpacing the guys. Atomic has crafted a board with you in mind, and now we have it here at Level Nine Sports for an unbeatable price!
