The Avalanche Bliss is a cute board best paired with beginner to intermediate riders. It is lightweight and will serve as a good board to learn the basics on, and develop the skills needed to make it down any blue square run. Women have special needs in terms of snowboard gear, to make the experience more enjoyable and to speed up the learning process. Avalanche has provided boards to cater to the needs of a woman snowboarder. Their womens boards are narrower at the waist for quick turning and maintaining a lightweight feel. The sidecut is short to allow quick, short turns and to get a feel of carving early on.
