Skis for Juniors (or lighter weight adults.) Junior skis are usually softer, narrower, and lighter duty construction and weight than an adult version. Some junior skis (such as race or park/powder varieties) are just smaller versions of hard core adult skis and designed for advanced/expert junior skiers.
