Gore-Tex Performance 3L: The ultimate in waterproofing and breathability. Rugged polyester face with high-tech waterproof/breathable membrane and a soft, moisture wicking backing to stay dry in the most extreme weather. Nylon: Lightweight, fast-drying synthetic fiber.  Zippered Hand Pockets: The hand pockets have zippered closure to keep loose change and keys in place.
Plastic Buckle: A belt of webbing is clipped together for added security and fit with a plastic buckle. Sealed Seams: Waterproof taping on the back side of the stitching ensures there are no gaps in the water-proofing. Super Seam Sealing: Fully seam sealed with circle/oval patch reinforcement at all seam junctions. This makes the seams even more waterproof and abrasion resistant, which is critical when standing in a body of moving water. Relaxed Fit: Comfortable and casual.
