I just got my Head Mojo Spawn skis last week by UPS. Wanted to tell you that I am delighted with the service and the product. UPS delivered them in 6 days just like you said they would. Shipping, duty (to Canada) and taxes all taken care of with no surprises. The skis are also great! Bindings were mounted perfectly. The price was unbeatable. First day I was a 20% better skier than on my old Atomic ARC's.

I was extremely wary of ordering anything from a U.S. retailer and have never done so until Nov. 27 of this year. I have heard horror stories in the past of issues at Canadian customs. I just want to say thank you. My skis have worked out perfectly for me and my family. Just a brief history of my skiing experience. I broke my back about 7 years ago and was told by three doctors that I would never walk again. That gave me what I needed to get on my feet and try to do thing's that I wanted to do. Skiing was on top of my list. Thanks to an adaptive skiing program here in Virginia and the great equipment from you guy's, I am skiing down the slopes with my wife and kids by my side standing up. Of coarse the doctors are baffled which makes it even better.

The gear was not only, hands down the best price, (which you already knew) but it arrived perfect! Your shipping guys did a great job. I was a little leery of shipping stuff to Canada, but, no problems at all! And it only took 8 days. And part of that was because UPS had a busy schedule with shipments going through Vancouver with the whole Olympics thing. This is the best transaction I have ever had on a ski site. I was able to use your Q&A and video resources to make a good decision about the Head Monster IM77 and also the binding upgrade to a RFD 11 binding, answered my questions perfectly. Ordering was the smoothest I have ever experienced. The live chat to review the order has got to be the best idea ever conceived. Then to my surprise the skis, having been through the binding mounting process by your technical department, arrive in three days ahead of the weather and before Christmas! The skis and bindings are far better than shown and advertised, made my Christmas. Virtually no adjustment required for my boots, set the din, good to go. Absolutely outstanding in every respect, no improvement needed. Tomorrow will be a powder day and your skis and bindings will be going no exceptions! You guys are the best by far.

I was very uncertain about the quality of your products, due to the minimal feedback I was able to find on the web. I am placing my third large purchase with Level Nine in less than two years. Every time I try and find gear elsewhere I always migrate back to you! I bought myself new skis last year, outfitted my 10-year old daughter this past Christmas and just ordered myself new boots and goggles? plus new goggles for the kids!
Not only do I appreciate the commentary on the comfort and performance of each product (key when ordering boots from across the country!) but I appreciate the humor? I haven't thought about beer goggles in years and their ability to make items seem taller and skinnier?. Well, you get the picture!
Additionally your service has been top notch and when I did need to return an item a while back it was handled with no fuss! That's what will keep me coming back?. This is most likely soon as my husband thinks it?s time for a second pair of skis?.

A year after purchasing my skis and bindings from Level Nine, I thought I should drop you a line to share my thoughts about my experience. After sifting through your excellent inventory, I was torn between so many great deals that I got on the phone with you guys. Not only did I talk to an expert, but the person I spoke with went and got a couple of skis in his hand to answer my questions even more thoroughly. In addition, though I had the money to spend, he didn't try to up-sell me to something more expensive than I needed. When my skis arrived (In 4 days!!), they were perfect. Mounted, tuned, and ready for the slopes. And after a year of skiing they performed exactly as advertised. After buying so many things online that you can scarcely get customer service for at all, let me tell you how refreshing it is to do business with a company that knows what the heck they're talking about; knows how to put together a customized product for each customer; delivers on their promises; and most shockingly, also has THE BEST PRICES ON THE WEB! Thus I encourage all of my skiing friends to check you guys out FIRST (and I think my brother is looking for his third set of Level Nine skis right now). Now my only problem is convincing my wife to let me buy those Monster 72 Liq Metal 177s!

My current goal is to get my brother (he's single) to buy the stuff I want so I can live vicariously through him. Luckily at your prices he can still afford to do this whenever he's in the mood! We surely can't shop like this locally.

In addition, it gave me peace of mind that Level Nine properly fit the boots and bindings onto the skis before shipping them to me. I was able to use them right out of the box! I would like to say thank you very much to Liz for her help on my recent purchase. I bought some Shamans last year from Level 9 for myself. Last week I called Level 9 and spoke with Liz on Monday Jan 26th. I told her I had been looking at some skis and boots for my girlfriend on your website. We were going to Lake Tahoe on Friday Jan 30th for a 5 day ski trip. I was concerned that we would not get them in time for our trip so I asked Liz if you she could ship directly to our hotel. We looked at the rates and she thought even the cheapest rate would get there by Friday. Well let me tell you, it was the only thing she was wrong about.... they actually arrived the next day on Tuesday Jan 27th. When we checked into our hotel the bellman brought out the boxes from Level 9 and loaded them right on our cart.
Liz also helped me get the right size boot (fit perfectly) and we added poles as well. My girlfriend has never owned her own skis and she just raved about how much better she felt.... not just while skiing but afterward as well. She said she felt more confident and less fatigued. The whole set up just matched perfectly. For anyone interested - she is probably not quite an intermediate skier yet. Here is what we got:
Head Dream Thang Boots (white with aqua) - very comfortable even on day one, awesome boots, great price. Head Lite Thang Skis (white and pink) with Lite Thang bindings (aqua)-she really felt that the lighter ski and binding setup helped her to control her skis and turn more easily. She also said she was not as tired and sore as usual. Royal Shaft Passion Pink Poles - she really loved these and they match the skis great.
Just a great job! You took my order Monday afternoon - mounted the bindings - and shipped them that day where they arrived the next day! WOW!

I just received my Dynastar skis and Royal Shaft poles I order six days ago. The day after placed my orders I had a question and called 1 hour before you customer service department opened (I am on east coast time). I received a call back on my voice mail less than one hour after you opened. Unbelievable!!! Someone actually called back!! I wish I could remember the name of the person who called me back so quickly. Nevertheless, I called back and spoke to another rep who was incredible. His product knowledge was outstanding. I don't know much about the technical aspects of skis but he was patient and didn't make me feel like the novice I am. He even anticipated that my question was about the proper length of the skis I had ordered. He quickly answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful. I have never had better service from a company that sells via internet. I worked in Human Resource for 15 years and you are definitely hiring the right people. Oh yeah, your prices were unbelievable. Hey guys, I just got my new ski/boots (Dynastar DStinct+/head edge 11+) from your site and i could not have been more pleased with the experience. From your site layout, delivery of goods and superior product at a great price I am extremely pleased with my dealings. With that said, the one thing i did not see on your site was an area for someone to write about their experiences and i was not sure if there was not one, or if i was just missing it. How time flies! About the beginning February I was asked by an old friend if I wanted to go skiing with his ski club to Blue Mountain, which is rated one of the nicest in Pennsylvania. I told him that I hadn't been on skis for close to 30 years, and I first needed to find ski equipment. With only 2 weeks till the trip and a limited amount of funds I started my web search. I had no idea what the best type or kind of ski to buy, the only thing I knew is that I had to hurry. When I came across your site I was first impressed by it's layout and how easy it was to navigate throughout it.Your large selection of skis and equipment impressed me as well and for some reason I knew I would found a great deal on skis here.
When I came across the Dynastar 2008 D-Stinct Red Skis w/NX10 Fluid Bindings 166cm and read about both the skis and bindings ability ranges I knew they where for me. Your prompt and knowledgeable customer service department answered my questions regarding the quality as well as the fitting of my boots to the binding.
They arrived within three business days and they're a complete flowing system on the slope. I started out on the a nice easy GREEN trail to get a feel for them and by the end of the day, I was testing them on several BLACK trails. I just want to say thank you. My skis just came today, just as promised in the FedEx tracking system. They are a fabulous bargain compared to what I can get around here. I will be sure to tell anyone who is interested, where I got them. If you have some kind of a sticker or plate with your company info, I'll be happy to fasten it to the skis in the normal spot if you mail it to me. A local renter told me that he sold his rentals for between 400 to 700 dollars at the end of the season. That's when the internet surfing started and I found the link on the Kijiji pages. Can't wait to try them out.

As a matter of fact, in the order you included a request I had for a helmet bag and pads for a helmet I bought at your Salt Lake City store mid-summer when my wife and I were returning from our summer jobs at Yellowstone National Park. We were guest services agents at the front desk of the Old Faithful Inn.
