Dalbello 2012 Voodoo Ski Boots

Available in Orange Creamsicle and Lemon-Lime, the Voodoo boots are both delicious and refreshing. This boot has a 3-piece shell design and a Dalbello's Hyberband closure cuffwrap as well as only 3 oversized buckles (instead of the usual 4). The purpose of this design is to provide a very tight foothold while keeping the boot free of pressure points, as well as give the boot a very smooth forward flex (read: so when you land jumps kind of crappily, your shins dont get destroyed). Cosmetically, these babies are pretty flashy, but you knew that before you clicked the link. For a final comment, these boots are pretty much a freeride style boot, but the 75-85 adjustable flex makes these accessible for all intermediate skiers, whether they jump and jib or not.

Free Boot Bag: This 2012 Ski Boot is already rock bottom price. But that's not enough we are also going to send you a free boot bag. Make sure you choose your preference from the dropdown above.

Cabrio Design: Dalbello's critically acclaimed 3-piece design is the cornerstone to their freestyle performance lineup. Cabrio boots secure the foot and lower leg in a comfortable way, with a smooth and progressive forward flex. Cabrio boots are great for helping fight against shin bang, and are easier to put on and take off than comparable (high performance, non-cabrio) boots.

75/85 Adjustable Flex Rating: These boots have a bolt in the back that can be adjusted to 'soft' and 'hard' settings that correspond to 75 and 85 flex, respectively.

Bi component shell: Two different densities of plastic used to keep the boot stiff and able to perform at high speeds, yet softer in specific areas to make them easier to put on and take off.

Shock Absorber Heel: An insert in the heel absorbs shock from harsh, jolting terrain, and helps cushion big air landings.

Micro-adjustable aluminum buckles: These aluminum buckles can be moved to adjust for size, so if the default position of the buckle and the teeth is too wide or too narrow, you can move it until it fits.

TRUFIT Sport Custom-fit Liner: Dalbello's high end boots all have a variation of the TRUFIT custom moldable liner. The TRUFIT Sport is the most generous fitting of this family of liners, with a wide instep and some fuzzy faux fur inner lining.

Shock Absorber Cuff: The cuff of this boot has a shock absorbing insert. It is common for boots to have a heel shock absorber, but cuff absorbers are pretty rare. Cuff shock absorbers indicate one thing above others: You are currently looking at a freeride/park boot.

Hyperband Closure Cuffwrap: These boots do not have the standard overlapping cuff, they have a 3-piece design that keeps them lightweight, and makes them very gentle on your shins and ankles even when you crank the buckles down as tight as you possibly can.

Dynalink by Dalbello: The middle buckle Dynalink boots is an extra big instep closure band that pulls the heel back into the heel pocket. Where some buckles pull your foot towards the footboard of the boot, boots with Dynalink pull your foot towards the heel of the boot. This is nice because it often means you can get an tight fit without constantly banging your toes against the end of the shell.

Dalbello's Owner's Manual: This may seem trivial, but Dalbello boots come with the most thorough owner's manual that we've ever seen. They walk you through any and all of the adjustments that each particular boot can make. Thumbs up for the great info, Dalbello!
