The flex rating of this boot suggest there is some ability to flex it, but most skiers will find that its lack of flex is pretty difficult to deal with. Only if the skier using this boot is extremely aggressive, and attacks the mountain like a racer does- full speed all the time with full effort at every turn, is this boot an appropriate match. Don't get this boot for casual cruising or even advanced skiing. The World Cup Pro 150 is for the aggressive, elite skier that is looking for minimal flex in their boots.

95mm Last Width: This last provides a race style fit, which means its narrow and the opposite of roomy. This should only be for advanced to expert skiers that either have narrow feet, or can endure the pain of narrow boots.

Performance Tongue: High density foam with plastic reinforcement gives greater power transfer to the skis for greater reward when skiing aggressively.

40mm strap: Super wide strap found on high performance boots. The extra width spreads out the force while skiing and reduces the pressure point on the upper shin.

Sensitive Toebox: Neoprene in the toe of the liner adds extra insulation, and is flexible for skiers that need a precise fit with their boots.

Micro-adjustable alloy buckles: These alloy buckles can be twisted to adjust for size, so if the default position of the buckle and the teeth is too wide or too narrow, you can twist the buckle like a screw until it fits just right.

Removable Rear Spoiler: The spoiler that sits at the back of the cuff can be removed for extra leg room or to obtain a more upright stance.

Double Canting: Two adjustment bolts, one each side of the ankle, allow for maximum adjustment for leg/knee alignment problems. The canting helps the skis stay flat on the ground while you are still bow-legged or knock-kneed.

FIS Approved: This boot conforms to the boot sole thickness regulations set forth by FIS. This means that when you are good enough to compete and win, they won't tell you its just because of your boots.

Lace-up Liner: This boot has a liner with laces that enhance the fit of the boot, and helps the liner hug the foot more like a sock than a traditional ski boot liner. The laces can be removed to give a more traditional fit.

Adjustable Tongue: The height position of the tongue of the liner can be positioned higher or lower than stock, simply by removing the liner from the shell, and adjusting the velcro tab at the toe of the liner.

Two Bolt Flex Adjust: One or both bolts at the back of the boot spine can be removed or added to adjust the flex of the boot. The boot is softer when the bolts are out, and stiffer when screwed into the shell.

SOMA-Tec: The positioning of the feet in a SOMA boot is in a natural 'V' shape, with the toes pointed slightly outward, and the heels slightly inward. This positioning puts the skier's center of gravity over the middle of the ski for better control and edging power. This design also creates less stress on the knee and ankle joints.

Fischer Fit System: Knowing that no two skiers are the same, Fischer mixes the feature list to match the performance and comfort level that different levels of skiers need. This ensures that recreational skiers don't end up with boots that have a race fit, and ensures that racers don't end up with a squishy comfort liner.
