  1. What is your satisfaction guarantee?

    Level Nine Sports provides a 100% product satisfaction guarantee or your money back. If the item you purchased has some flaw, or isn't as described, we will refund your order or find a suitable replacement.


  2. How do I know my order is placed or shipped?

    Login to your account, all orders status information will be detailed in your account. We also send an email when the order is placed successfully, and another one comes from UPS.com with tracking info. Contact us for all inquires that are not detailed in your account.

  3. Do you have a Low Price guarantee?

    Yes of course. Level Nine Sports always offers the lowest price possible. OK, very rarely, you might find a product that is cheaper at a different website. Just let us know, we'll verify it, then tell you how to proceed. See some of the restrictions and details in the Long Answer below.

    Level Nine Sports always offers the lowest price possible. Due to our ability to purchase large quantities of goods, our buying power allows us to pass the savings on to you, the customer. All items in our online store will be more than competitive. If you find a better delivered price from a licensed dealer (including warranties and guarantees and in stock), we will match it. Just a note, you probably won't find it, as our prices are usually 25-75% below our competitors. If you have made a purchase and have found a lower price elsewhere, just email us the link and if it is the real deal we will give you a store credit for the difference. We now offer you a price guarantee from ourselves, the only place you can get a lower price. If you buy an item and we lower the price of the same item within 30 days of purchase, just let us know and we will send you a store credit for the amount**. Make sure you include your order # in the email so we can check it out.
    In order to qualify for the price matching to our competitors, the item in question needs to fulfill the following criteria: Same year, Same model, Same size, In stock (ready to ship), Unused/unmounted, Needs to be a real website, not auction site.

    **Inline (current model year) not applicable (sorry! We don't control the prices of in-line gear, the manufacturer's do).

    Our knowledge of ski and snowboard equipment is gathered from years of experience, not just a 1 hour H.R. training session.
    Skiing is our life, and we are at the heart of the best location for skiing in the world. Not only do we ski, but we ski on the gear that we sell. We will often tell you about personal experiences on the gear that we are selling on the website.

  5. What is your return policy?

    The best in the business! We have the best deals on the best gear, but sometimes it just doesn't work out. ANY unused item can be returned within 90 days of receipt for ANY reason. Full purchase price is refunded, there is no restocking fee unless there are missing pieces or parts.

    If you are psyched about the great job we did for you, first off thanks, because we really try to provide the best product, service, and price and usually succeed.     Its OK, It happens from time to time...we will forgive you! We also realize that a few people have problems prioritizing and remember their bank account passwords over their Level Nine Sports password. Click on the link below to request a new password.

    Just contact us! Please contact us via phone or email, and we will contact the manufacturer to find out the availability and price of the item. Sometimes the price will be drastically different than the website price, but we'll do our best to still get you a great deal.
