Express shipments and shipments to Australia or New Zealand are based on weight and are determined at checkout, though you can preview these by just adding items to your cart.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping to US and Canadian addresses is 3 business days or less! The day your order leaves our facility does not count as a shipping day. So, if you order on a Tuesday night, the order will ship out Wednesday, and Thursday is the first counted shipping day.

We are currently shipping Monday through Friday and your order will ship on the same or next shipping day as it is placed. Deliveries are Monday-Friday only, there are no weekend deliveries. Keep in mind that though ship times are listed, ground shipping is never guaranteed. Any order requires shipment time and transit time. What separates Level Nine Sports from the others is the speed with which we process and ship every order. You get your item quickly without paying for extra shipping services.
We ship to All 50 US States as well as USVI, PR, and all APOs. Internationally we ship directly to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. This list of countries may soon grow so get on our email list if you are in a different location. We anticipate shipping to Western Europe, Japan, and S. Korea in the near future. If we do not ship directly to your location currently, you can still order using an international package forwarder (such as MyUS.com, a company that we are not affiliated with, but have had numerous European customers use this in the past).

We use UPS in most cases, (USPS to non continental US), and DHL to Australia/New Zealand & Canada. If you have no physical address to ship UPS, we can ship USPS inside the continental US but be aware USPS is not as fast or reliable as UPS.

Use your tracking information. When your item shipped, you were emailed tracking information for your item(s). The tracking number will enable you to view the progress of you item. If your item has been in transit for more than a week, you should contact your local UPS office to clear up the delivery issues. If you did not receive a tracking email, then either your email provider filtered it out as spam, or your item has not shipped. Yes. Tracking info is emailed to you when UPS picks up your package, usually in the evening the day your order is shipped.

Any item shipped UPS will have a tracking number automatically sent to the email address associated with your account. USPS orders are sent with a confirmation number which will verify delivery, but will not allow you to track the transit of your item. Orders to Canada are sent by DHL Express. Please be sure to check your spam for filtered tracking emails.
Now you can check your tracking information easily at our website on one of two ways. 1. Log into your account and click on the order you want to know about, tracking number and a link to the tracking information will be displayed. 2. Easily find your tracking information at our Get Tracking Information page. You will be required to enter either your Order Number or Email address and shipping zip or postal code.
Why can't I find my tracking info?
No need to panic, it's probably something simple like your package hasn't shipped yet or the tracking number email was intercepted by your spam/junk mail filter. Click the 'Track my Order' link below to retrieve it manually. Contact us if you have any concerns or need help finding it.

There are a couple of reasons why we can not locate your tracking information. If your record is able to be found and the result displays 'Tracking information unavailable' there is no need to panic there are a few reasons. 1. Your item has not yet shipped and had a tracking number assigned. Orders are processed within one business day of ordering, tracking information is usually generated the same day we process. Canada orders usually take an extra day to process and we may not upload tracking information until the end of the shipping day. Sometimes we may neglect to upload the tracking information into our system for a day. 2. You have not typed the correct data in requesting the tracking information. The zip/postal code must match exactly as entered in the shipping information and if you are entering email that too must match exactly. 3. Your order did not process correctly. Please contact us if the order is unable to be found and you believe the information is correct.
When do you ship? We absolutely ship 5 days/week in the Winter (actually 6 days, but UPS takes Saturday off..ppffffftt!)
Why do you have fixed ground shipping prices?
Simplification process to provide better customer service. Having set shipping prices greatly simplifies the process and enables you to know exactly what your total cost will be. We also like to save you money.
Will you ship express (overnight) or 3-day?

Yes, if you are in (or coming to) Utah you may pick up your order at our retail store in Salt Lake City. Customers with a Utah address will have this option available at checkout. If you do not have a Utah address and still would like to pick up your items at our retail store, click on the change shipping address button during checkout. There will be a radio button to create a Salt Lake City address. You will need to enter your name and phone number. At that point, the in-store pickup shipping option will appear.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes we do, and it is the best shipping setup that ever existed for our neighbors to the north. Please refer to Canada Shipping FAQ's for specific details. Canada Shipping
What information is needed for shipping?
Name, physical address, email address, and phone number. The last two are needed so we have a way to contact you if anything goes wrong during the shipping process. We also won't ship your order until we can confirm the Billing address for the card used to make the purchase. Sometimes this is done instantly during checkout, sometimes it requires us to contact you. Its an added security measure to protect our customers.

For your item to properly ship, you need to provide a UPS-Friendly address and contact phone number to be used only by the UPS driver in case of delivery issues. This information must also be included if you are using a different form of payment other than by credit card on our website (PayPal and Money Orders). In those cases, please make sure that your name, address, and order number are included.
What about insurance?
Insurance is included in the shipping charge. Give us a shout if there is a problem with the delivery of your order, but problems with shipping are extremely rare. UPS rocks!

Insurance is included in the shipping charge, and doesn't raise the shipping charge that you are paying. Important note: We don't require a signature for delivery. If you know you will not be there to sign for your package, and you live in the bad side of town, let us know when you place your order so we can change the shipping to signature required.
What is your holiday shipping schedule?
We do not ship on the following holidays: Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day. Oh, and Memorial Day too.
What about shipping within the state of Utah?
Standard shipping charges apply to all Utah orders, unless picked up at our retail store in Salt Lake City. Utah shipments are delivered via UPS Ground. Standard shipping charges apply to all Utah orders. All items delivered or picked up in Utah must pay 6.85% sales tax. Will-call orders picked up in the store are not subject to the $7 shipping charge. During the checkout, you can select the option to pickup your order at our retail store in Salt Lake City, and you don't have to pay any shipping!
Do you charge sales tax?
Only for orders being picked up at our store, or shipped within Utah. Sorry, there isn't a way to get around it, even if you just flew in from Texas. Canadian orders also get charged 12% Harmonized Sales Tax (except Alberta which only gets charge 5% General Sales Tax.)

All items delivered or picked up in Utah must pay 6.85% sales tax.
If you live in Canada HST is collected during checkout so you will not owe the government anything for delivery. If you live in Alberta, we collect the GST instead. Some items also incur duties which will be outlined in the Canada tab of any product page. We do not collect any tax from Australia and New Zealand customers but it is our understanding some larger orders will be held in customs for duties before they can be delivered.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
For the lower 48 USA we use UPS for shipping so do not deliver to PO Boxes. AK and HI are delivered with USPS so you may select a PO box in these locations. If you live in the lower 48 and have no physical address to use, we can ship your order USPS to a PO box but keep in mind it will likely take longer to arrive, you won't be able to track it as well, and USPS is not as reliable as UPS.
How is the product(s) packed for shipping?
Items are shipped in custom sized boxes, picked specifically for your order, and have dunnage of recycled cardboard and/or newspapers. If you're bored, you can even get caught up on local Utah news.

We have a series of custom size boxes, as well as standard boxes, that are selected based on the contents of your order. The overall dimensions are kept to a minimum to save on shipping costs and to minimize the movement of the gear inside. All items are placed into a shipping box rather than just slapping a shipping label on the manufacturer's box. Skis with bindings get the extra protection of bubble wrap around the bindings. When items can safely be shipped together, they are packaged as such. If items cannot be safely shipped together or when the sizes of the items just isn't possible with one box, the order will be split up into 2 or more boxes. Its pretty hard making skis fit into the same box as boots!
Do you ship to APO's?
Yes, all Shipments are via USPS Priority Mail and are only $19 per order. Please be sure your address is 100% correct and that your base is prepared to accept the products you are ordering. We have had great difficulties with shipments to APOs in the past and are currently shipping to APOs as a test to see if USPS has improved it's abilities to get orders to you.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Canada ($19 shipping) and Australia/New Zealand (price determined at checkout) as well as the USA. We are working on a better shipping solutions to other countries, (i.e. UK, Argentina, Mars, etc.). Sit tight until we get those figured out, but for now, you can use a forwarding service. We are coming for that Martian market share. Believe that.

Are there any other tools you can suggest for improving my delivery? If you are getting your item via UPS, they have a program called UPS MyChoice which lets you schedule delivery yourself. Once the item is shipped and you get a tracking number you are able to sign for the package online, reroute it to your business, whatever you need. This is UPS service that applies to any orders you may get from them from any vendor and is not specifically related to L9
