This item carries an unconditional 1-year repair/replacement warranty from Levelninesports.com. No fuss about it, if you have any issues just get it back to us and we'll freshen it up for you at no charge.
Losing baskets is not covered so please make sure that you properly push the basket into place and then snugly crew them on before hitting the slopes. Grip the middle of the pole and push the basket onto the tip while turning clockwise at the same time, the basket should be on so that none of the threads on the tip are visible. We have the same pole available without the USA imprint so just check our other poles if you'd rather do without. |
