Head Edge J3 Junior Ski Boots

Sale: $99.00

The Head Edge J3 Junior ski boots are superlight, comfortable, and priced to sell! These boots have 3 easy-to-close buckles to lock the skier's foot in, a plush warm liner, and the SoftWalk heel to make walking around easier. If you're looking at this boot, the question of the moment is probably 'purchase this new boot or just rent?' The case for buying new is thus: the liner foam will mold specifically to the skier's foot (as opposed to being rented by 30 different people over the course of a winter), you own the boot (so it can be modified, like with the included stickers--and you don't have to spend the first 30 minutes every morning at the rental shop), and then lastly the best reason to purchase boots is of course the cost; If you plan to rent for more than 3 or so ski days, it will likely be more expensive than buying new at Level9.

Super light shell: Great for casual skiers because these boots are the easiest to walk around in, easiest to take on and put off and help reduce fatigue.

Carve junior liner: This basic, yet comfortable liner offers adequate support for the little ones and enough insulation to keep them warm (and complaining less). The comfort footbed will give a bit of extra support in the heel and arch.

Ski Boot Tongue PullTongue Pull: A loop of fabric at the top of the tongue helps in putting on and removing the boots. Pull it forward and to the side and your foot should slide right in.

Makrolon Buckles: Makrolon buckles are made from the same type of plastic laminate used in bullet proof glass. These babies are highly shatter resistant and scratch resistant, while being very lightweight.

SoftWalk heel: The heel lug of this boot has a strategic injection of rubber that makes walking around more natural and less like Dr. Frankenstein's monster, while not affecting the boots performance on the slopes.

Easy-Entry Concept: The 'Easy-Entry Concept' is essentially an inverse shell overlap, making the boot open significantly wider at the the top of the instep, making it easier to put on and take off than traditional shells.

Junior Boot Fit:This is a boot designed for junior skiers. Keep in mind that ALL junior boots are designed for lower volume (i.e. narrower) feet. If your child does not have such a foot or you are buying a larger junior boot for an adult, you should consider sizing up
