Ideal Target Skier: Casual Cruiser: Sticking mainly to the groomed runs and always keeping speed in check, a Casual Cruiser doesn't even bother with the off trail snow, moguls, jumps, etc. Skier Ability: Lower Intermediate to Upper Intermediate: Skiing all sorts of blue runs, starting to get off trail and into advanced (black diamond) territory, but at controlled speeds. Speed: Moderate: The speed most intermediate skiers travel at, Moderate means they like to ski faster than beginners, but are never the fastest skiers on a run. Synthetic Core: A lightweight flexible ski core designed to help skiers master turning and stay out of harms way by making the ski nimble. Synthetic cores are great for those learning to master the art of skiing because they turn easily, but top speed skiers may prefer stiffer skis. Fiber Jacket: A solid topsheet that provides a good blend of stability and performance without extra weight. Cap Construction: The topsheet of this ski drapes over the edge to form a clean and rounded finish to the side of the ski. This style of construction adds some torsional rigidity, and helps reduce topsheet chipping when the skis hit each other. Integrated 9MM Carve Plate: Integrated into the ski is a 9mm high carve plate that lifts the binding up off the ski. This lift makes it easier to get the ski on edge and let the turn happen naturally. |
