Kreed Omega Ski Snowboard Goggles

Sale: $28.00

Big and comfortably framed goggles for larger faces and helmets. The frame is a classic shape but with a modern look to result in some pretty stylish goggles. The Kreed Omega is modeled after big name goggles with big price tags, and fortunately these do a great job in the functional category as well. The double layered lens helps cut out the risk of internal fog build up, one of the biggest gripes among goggle wearers.

The large frame of the Omega is ideal for larger faces. The traditional shape fits very well with almost all helmets.

Spherical Lens: The lens of this goggle reduces the distortion of images because of the spherical shape. When a piece of plastic is flexed in one dimension, the images becomes tall and skinny, similar to beer goggles. But when plastic is formed into a spherical shape, the distortion is minimized.

This Goggle may have different types of lenses listed. Here is a brief summary of how each lens type effects vision.

Smoke: a fancy term for Grey. It is a good lens for variable light to bright light conditions.
Orange: great for low light to variable light conditions. It amplifies the light available, so it isn't a good choice for bright days.
Mirrored: highly reflective. Mirrored lenses eliminate glare and flatten out the light. Depending on the lens color a mirrored lens can be good for sunny or snowy conditions.
Bronze: a grey amber lens with a light reflective coating. It is not a true mirror lens, but it does help reduce some of the glare. This is lens is good in low light to average light conditions.
Gold mirror: only be pulled off by a few. It helps if you have gold chains or grillz. Looking through the lens is an amber color, which is great for low light to variable light conditions, and is decent on the sunny days.

Fortress eyewear is a new company on the scene that is making a good impression. Their affordable glasses and goggles are proving the world that you don't have to spend hundreds of dollars on eyewear to look good.
Fortress has two labels for their eyewear, Kreed for men and Crush for women.
