Power is what this boot gives to upper intermediate and advanced riders. The stiffer flex is what these riders need to get their weight to the edge of the board, and power through the turns. The Power is a high performance boot with the comfort and ease of entry of an intermediate boot, thanks to the BOA lacing system.
Appropriate ability levels. The L9 Listers say: Gold Star Rich (L9 Owner) says: Super Cute The L9 team says: Max Comfort/Performance

Color: Cream white and khaki with pink highlights

Removable Liner: This boot comes with a removable liner. Removable liners have the advantage of being easier to dry than non removable liners, and the disadvantage of usually being a little larger than a non removable linered boot of the same size.

Boa Lacing Technology:
The awesome new setup that removes the only thing that sucks about snowboard boots: the laces. The Boa system is laced cables of aircraft grade steel (no it doesn't add weight) that take the place of laces in keeping your boots tight. To tighten you simply push in the Boa housing button (to lock it in place), righty tighty turn the dial until you get the snug fit you desire. To remove the boot, you just pop (pull) the housing button and stretch out the tongue.

Dual-Density EVA Sole: Molded sole with EVA and rubber for maximum shock absorption and increased comfort. And it looks cool.

Articulated Heel Cuff: The top of the cuff on the back of the leg allows for flexing backward for more comfortable walking and backseat riding.

Thermoform EVA Footbed: The foam footbed inside this boot will start to take shape to the rider's foot just with body heat.

Integrated Heel Counter: A fancy name for a piece of plastic in the heel that gives extra support.

JB Liner: This liner is molded and stitched for shock absorption and increased insulation. It also features an articulated ankle and heel for better function. The lace tabs are reinforced with long bars stitched into the liner to eliminate pull outs.

Liner Lace Lock: This liner features a lace lock to speed up the process of putting boots on. Just pull the lace tab upward until snug, then slide the lace lock down into place. It will ensure the boots stay snug throughout the day. When the day is over, just pull up on the lock knob and slide the foot out. Piece of cake!

Molded Sole: The sole is a molded rubber pattern to give excellent shock absorption while riding and better traction when walking to and from the lifts.

Molded Tongue: Pre-formed tongues wrap around the foot and ankle to enhance the fit and eliminate the bulky feeling of a flat tongue.

Tongue Gusset with Pull Tab: The gusset keeps the tongue in place while riding, and the pull tab gets a good bite on the laces so they don't loosen up while riding.
