103mm Last Width: This boot has a 103mm width, which means it is above average width, so the total volume of the boot is generous, making this boot comfortable to wear, and easier to put on and take off than some more constricting boots.
65 Flex Index: This boot has a flex index of 65, which is best for beginner to intermediate skiers. A boot of this flex will be more comfortable and generally lighterweight than a stiffer boot, but will be less responsive while skiing at high speeds.
25mm strap: Velcro strap at the top of the boot that acts as an extra buckle, but without the hassle of a buckle. The strap holds the top of the boot together to provide a more even pressure across the front of the boot when flexing it.
4 Micro Adjustable Buckles: All 4 of the buckles on this boot have a micro-adjustment, which is a very user friendly feature, making it easier to lock the buckles down and providing the ability to dial in the exact buckle tension that you like.
Thermo-moldable Liner: These liners can be pre-molded before you ski, by warming the up and walking around, or you can mold them over time simply by skiing in them. The liner can be remolded multiple times, as well!
These are not the tight narrow Lange boots you may have tried on in the past, these are Lange's newest boot designed for recreational skiers not racers. They have a 103mm wide toe box (other Lange boots are 95-100mm) and are designed to give you performance without having to unbuckle after every run.
