Lange Super Comp WC Blue Race Ski Boots

Sale: $0.00
Retail: $895.00

Save 78%
This extremely narrow boot, at 92mm at the forefoot, and with a stiff 140 flex, truly is a race level boot. The narrow last coupled with the lace up liner hugs the foot very aggressively. Skiers either need a very narrow foot, or a good bootfitter to make these fit properly. These are for expert to race level skiers only.

Micro-adjustable aluminum Racing Department buckles: These aluminum buckles can be moved to adjust for size, so if the default position of the buckle and the teeth is too wide or too narrow, you can move it until it fits. And they sport the red and white racing buckles just like the Head World Cup team.

FIS Approved: This boot conforms to the boot sole thickness regulations set forth by FIS. This means that when you are good enough to compete and win, they won't tell you its just because of your boots.

Single Canting: One adjustment bolt on the outside of the ankle helps compensate for bow-legs or knock-knees. This tilts the cuff of the boot left or right while keeping the base of the skis flat on the snow.

Lace-up Liner: This boot has a liner with laces that enhance the fit of the boot, and helps the liner hug the foot more like a sock than a traditional ski boot liner. The laces can be removed to give a more traditional fit.

92mm Last: This means narrow, even for skiers with narrow feet. Usually most skiers getting a boot that is this narrow are expecting to get some custom work on the shell to make them fit properly. The reason for the narrow fit is the immediate connection between the lower leg/foot and boot, so no power is lost.

Adjustable Tongue: The height position of the tongue of the liner can be positioned higher or lower than stock, simply by removing the liner from the shell, and adjusting the velcro tab at the toe of the liner.

Two Bolt Flex Adjust: One or both bolts at the back of the boot spine can be removed or added to adjust the flex of the boot. The boot is softer when the bolts are out, and stiffer when screwed into the shell.

Velcro Rear Spoiler: Skiers can add, remove, and adjust the rear spoiler of this boot. It takes up extra volume at the back of the leg, and creates a more aggressive stance for attacking the mountain.
