Level Glove Sizing: Level sometimes uses the same naming system for men's and women's gloves. So for instance a glove labeled 7-S is a men's small or women's medium. We will call it Small (7) in a Men's listing and Medium (7) in a Women's (and an XX Large in Junior). You can refer to the sizing chart link above for more information on how to get the correct glove size. GORE-TEX: One of the best waterproofing treatments makes this glove extremely resistant to letting water in, but allows moisture to escape. Short Cuff/Under Cuff: A much less bulky cuff than the powder version, to keep it simple, lightweight, and hassle free. Storm Leash: A great feature that allows you to take off your gloves without loosing them. Fleece: Soft and warm, but not too bulky. These have little resistance to wind, rain, and snow (without a water-resistant lining), but insulate well, even if they get a little wet.
