Cloth/PVC Upper: The upper is made of a PVC material (stiff yet flexible plastic) but has patches of cloth for even greater flexibility and greater style presence. 9/10 Flex Rating: A flex of 9 out of 10 means its pretty dang stiff, and should only be used by advanced to expert riders. Sometimes this can be bent a little if the rider is heavier or taller than average. Removable Liner: This boot comes with a removable liner. Removable liners have the advantage of being easier to dry than non removable liners, and the disadvantage of usually being a little larger than a non removable linered boot of the same size. Backstay: The back of this boot is reinforced for strength and stiffness. It gives you the support you need for any ability level. Integrated Heel Counter: A fancy name for a piece of plastic in the heel that gives extra support. Liner Lace Lock: This liner features a lace lock to speed up the process of putting boots on. Just pull the lace tab upward until snug, then slide the lace lock down into place. It will ensure the boots stay snug throughout the day. When the day is over, just pull up on the lock knob and slide the foot out. Piece of cake! Comfort Form Removable Liner: This boot has a removable liner (for quick drying, cleaning, etc) with formable comfort foam to keep your feet warm and happy. Molded Sole: The sole is a molded rubber pattern to give excellent shock absorption while riding and better traction when walking to and from the lifts. Steel Hardware: The eyelets and other critical parts of the lacing system are made of steel for increased wear. |
