6/10 Flex Rating: This flex rating means beginners and lower intermediates will find these boots great for learning. As speeds increase, lace them up tighter to increase the stiffness a little bit, until its time to upgrade to a stiffer model. Removable Liner: This boot comes with a removable liner. Removable liners have the advantage of being easier to dry than non removable liners, and the disadvantage of usually being a little larger than a non removable linered boot of the same size. EVA Upper: EVA material for the upper for a soft touch feel mixed with durability. Integrated Heel Counter: A fancy name for a piece of plastic in the heel that gives extra support. Liner Lace Lock: This liner features a lace lock to speed up the process of putting boots on. Just pull the lace tab upward until snug, then slide the lace lock down into place. It will ensure the boots stay snug throughout the day. When the day is over, just pull up on the lock knob and slide the foot out. Piece of cake! Low Profile Outsole: This boot allows the foot to sit closer to the binding and board for better feel and control of the board. There is still some shock absorption in there, so its still comfortable. PL Liner: The entry level liner, best suited for beginner to intermediate levels. The locking lace up system ensures a good fit with adequate support for riding at slow to average speeds. Steel Hardware: The eyelets and other critical parts of the lacing system are made of steel for increased wear. |
