The park and powder twin tip revolution is moving forward and Ninthward is at the leading edge.
Ninthward skis are in the house, I mean, warehouse! Even though Ninthward skis are marketed to the thug gangsters that happen to ski (not that there is anything wrong with that), we think they have a wider audience. In fact, anyone skiing the west will appreciate at least one of the Ninthward models. Don't worry east coast riders, you can like these too.
The models we sell at Level Nine Sports fall into two categories: Powder/ All Mountain and Terrain Park/All Mountain. That is easy enough, right?
Here are the models we carry:
NGP Nick Greener Pro This is a big mountain, powder, mogul crusher ski. It is good for skiing fast, and great for skiing even faster. The NGP will float like a bouy in the soft stuff, but we still don't understand why they didn't come with rocker. Oh well, the still rock.
Rory Silva Fat skis with a trick mindset. These are twin tips with a wide waist for soft snow performance, and provide a stable platform for landing massive airs.
Firstblood The FirstBlood is the do everything with its focus on softer snow, crud, steeps, and off trail skiing. It will handle hard pack and terrain park fine, but that is where the Butterlicious and MIP take over.
Butterlicious The Butterlicious sounds delicious and is an incredible park ski. It will handle the hard pack better than the First Blood series, and is more nimble. It will do OK in the softer snow, but only in moderation.
MIP The MIP is unique in that it is a youth ski with the construction and performance of an adult ski. You can see where the name comes from now. This ski is a little wider and stiffer than the Butterlicious series, so it will handle varied terrain with more stability. This is a great pick for the east coast single ski quiver or an all around park to moderate amounts of powder ski.
