We are hosted at inmotionhosting on a vdedicated server.  Frankly their downtime is unacceptable, it’s not like we’re paying $10 a month and shared by thousands and I am looking for someone else on a totally dedicated server.  I’m doing stuff here constantly so I certainly notice most all downtimes, but last week had a 2 hour outage and just now another 30 minutes, obviously if this happens in season it will cost thousands. Last season wasn’t bad once we got switched to the V and bigger bursts, but this summer it has been horrid.

We don’t run huge traffic numbers, but we do require independence from the masses, after all if the site aint up you aint buying.  And there is a fair amount of computation power required to get you all the new tools.

Doing some research into hosts that have better uptime and can process more quickly.  Hopefully Ill make the switch in the next few weeks, definitely need to get it done before buying season kicks in.
