More stuff came in today, to fill up our already full warehouse (thank the heavens that we are moving), this time from Salomon, a lot of Salomon ski bags and ski bindings, and coming in the next couple days should be the boots and skis. We are really stoked to carry Salomon gear, because they are arguably the biggest name in skiing. Plus to have the variety of Head, Dynastar, Fischer, Salomon as well as our boutique brands like Icelantic, Ninthward, and Bluehouse just gives our catalog of skis that much more breadth.

Jazz Basketball Update: The Jazz took care of business in Salt Lake city and this series heads back to Los Angeles knotted up at two games a piece. Kobe’s back is sore, but he is still Kobe Bryant. There is light at the end of the tunnel for the jazz, though. Much more so than down 0-2 was.

Rich and I went to game 6 of the Jazz first round series versus the Rockets (jazz won, moved on to round 2 already). And our seats were pretty awesome. I actually found a couple other pictures where you could see us, but this one was the most clear of both of us.

this blog has slowly deteriorated into a jazz blog, but thats only because its the playoffs. we’ll get back to the point (whatever that may be) sometime in the future. until then, go jazz!

Email spam is a very painful fact of life for an online business.  You can’t miss emails with filters and it is no fun wading through 500 spam emails a day.

We’ve tried a bunch of stuff to keep incoming email related to our ski and snowboard business, but nothing has really worked until spambayes.

It gets trained based on your choosing how to classify incoming emails.  You can get it yourself at spambayes.sourceforge.net.  It’s free, it’s simple to use (but maybe a little confusing to get set up), and it works great!

Oh ya it’s snowing really hard outside right now, there are about 4 inches of new snow outside my house and Snowbird will probably be open for skiing and boarding until the 4th of July, so it isn’t to late to get some more turns in.
