Canada Shipping at Levelninesports.com

All prices listed (and payment) are in US dollars. When you check out you will be billed $35 for UPS (or Fedex) Ground Canadian shipping brokerage fees. This is the flat shipping/brokerage fee that we charge for shipping an order to Canada. Because of costs and time involved in brokering the item ourselves (which saves you time and money) there are usually no refunds on this fee. Small orders such as gloves, ski poles, or a single pair of boots may be refunded up to $10 depending upon actual shipping costs. Remember this is the price PER ORDER, so if you do all your shopping at once you can get your shipping costs down to a very small % of your order (we will lose greatly on shipping but that's OK.)

All items ship UPS (or Fedex depending upon our costs) Ground service with average delivery being 5-7 days (including the time to clear customs.)

We are currently shipping to Canada M,W,F with our normal shipping schedule.

Duties and GST Taxes are prepaid so that you will have no extra fees to receive your items. Such fees for every item are listed on every product page and will be displayed fully at checkout confirmation. We have negotiated the lowest rates and you will be surprised at the low total cost for the item to get to your door. Ordering from any other US dealer will result in drastically higher import fees.

PST (Provincial Sales Tax) is not collected or paid to any government agency by Level Nine Sports. Your items will be delivered to your door with no further fees collected. Although customer information is not passed on to any government agency, you may be obligated to pay PST for you order. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the Canadian government to determine if PST needs to be paid.

We (Level Nine Sports) do not know whether you are obligated to pay local PST for your goods. PST is not required for many reasons including, but not limited to, the following:
1. Order does not exceed a certain dollar amount.
2. Product is for testing or sampling for possible commercial use.
3. PST is not applicable in your province or area.
4. Product is for resale.
If you are required to pay PST and would like to remit payment please contact a local government agency, Level Nine Sports is not equipped to handle these fees.

If your item is delayed you can use your tracking information (if you don't have it Get Your Tracking Info) to track your item at UPS.com.

Canada orders are credit card payment only.
Due to difficulties with Canadian Customs, we are unable to refund duties and taxes on items returned. Returning items from Canada is a costly process for you and us, so please do your best to make sure you will not need to return any purchased item.

Remote provinces: Do to extra fees, Northwest territories, Yukon, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Nunavit (anyone actually in Nunavit?) face a higher shipping/customs rate of $115 per order.. so try to get it all in at once.
