The Dynastar Troubled Youth is a quality youth ski with durable construction, sweet graphics, and twin tip design. It is a great all mountain ski for the younger riders, even if they won't ever use the twin tip for skiing backwards. It has a lighter weight construction so junior and teens can maneuver them without getting fatigued. The soft flex will aid in flotation in powder, but is also an advantage for skiing in the terrain park. The soft tail will cushion landings off jumps better than stiffer, full adult models. It has plenty of shape to it to make turning easy, almost effortless. This is the ideal ski for juniors and teens that ski at above average speed and ability, and can ski anywhere mom and dad take them. Another target user, although unintended, is the intermediate female skier that prefers a lightweight and soft ski that is easy to turn. Twin tip skis are where its at these days. Their versatility allows you to ski powder in the morning, bumps at midday, and session the park in the afternoon. These are the skis that have brought skiing back to life and kept the younger generation interested in this great sport. The turned up tail is designed for skiing backwards (switch), but for most people, it just looks cool. You can also spray your friends with the rooster tail of snow behind you. Dynastar's construction is durable and has been proven for several years. They feature a sandwich sidewall construction, which gives better performance than most cap skis. If you purchase this ski and choose a ski binding below, we will mount the bindings at no charge (including fat brake arms if necessary). If you also buy a boot from us on the same order, we will test and adjust the bindings to the boot so you are ready to hit the slopes out of the box. There will be a form for mounting and adjustment information AFTER checkout.
