It is light, durable, and allows you to adjust on the fly to variable snow conditions or users. You have read the official features on these sweet poles. As for my opinion, these are kickin poles. Those cheaply fat aluminum poles, just can't compare. I always bought the cheapest poles I could myself figuring that there is no reason to spend dough since I break 4 sets a year anyway (trees tend to do that.) 4 years ago I bought some sweet thin Goode composite poles and never had to buy a new set until I left them on the chair. Well I just bought the cheapest pair the shop had that day and they lasted all of 4 days. Since you all kept asking me for poles, and I needed some myself and hate to buy retail, I just ordered a bunch. Ok, you may not thrash your poles in trees like I do, but there's no reason to be buying trash gear when you can get quality from me at the same price or less.
