Do I have to pay re-stocking fees?

If returned unused with all original packaging, no.

There are no re-stocking fees at Level Nine Sports for most items returned complete and as sent, see below for exceptions. All items returned will be credited to your account or refunded. You must return your item with all original packaging in new condition. This means you cannot simply mail your boots back in the boot box. That box must be placed in a cardboard box so that the original packaging is new. If you return an item without this packaging there will be a $10 fee applied. If missing parts such as wrenches or adjustment pieces are missing then there will be additional fees. Skis with non adjustable bindings (such as free flex 17) or bindings mounted on the ski in a particular way (such as center mounted for terrain park) will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and a minimum of $25. When a ski binding is mounted a particular way, we can no longer easily sell the item. We don't mind you returning unused gear that just doesn't fit your needs, understand that we need to resell the item and make sure you have not made that job more difficult.
