- Sl lightweight toe The Freeflex 11 is designed to deliver top performance while offering a more realistic range of release settings. With a large range of DIN settings, this binding is a good choice for basically anyone whose boot will fit in there. This binding comes from the line of racing bindings, so I suppose the ideal skier here is a lighter weight racer (heavier racers see the bigger numbered Free Flex bindings). But with its relatively low stand height, this binding is also great for aggressive skiers who ski varied terrain. Free Flex bindings can be mounted on a carve plate for racing, or flat on the ski for a park/powder low stand height. The main difference between the Free Flex line and the Mojo binding line is that the FF has feature that enable you to with the turn of a switch stiffen the binding under the ski. For park/powder you will probably not activate this feature, but when carving it is a nice feature to add stability (often a nice bonus when your are carving your softer freeride skis on your way to the off trail goods.)
