You can only use Railflex bindings with this ski. If you already own a pair you can slide them on the plate, otherwise you should choose one from the dropdown list above.

The Head 210/110/215 series skis feature durable Fiber Jacket and medium flex. This equates to a durable easy turning ski great for all levels of intermediate skiers. Beginners and lower advanced level skiers also will have a great time on these skis. More advanced skiers will want to walk up the C or XRC series line to a stiffer ski.

Head 'C' series skis are designed for carving. They have the right shape to easily make perfect turns no matter what your skill level. 'C' series skis run the gamut from low intermediate to expert. Though they are mainly for on trail fun, they are not as narrow as carving skis of five years ago and so you won't find yourself overmatched in powder or crud. Make no mistake though, these skis excel on groomers, hard pack, and ice. Because of this most Eastern skiers are best off on 'C' series skis. Western skiers who spend most of their time on groomed runs also do best with carving skis.

'C' series skis range from 00 series (either C 100 or C200) to 50 or 60 (again either 150 or 250). The higher numbered skis are stiffer more feature laden and geared towards stronger skiers, the lower numbered skis are softer, easier to turn and designed for intermediates and those who don't ski fast. 110 and 210 skis (and 120/220 etc) are the same skis just a different model year. Head perfected the carving ski a few years back so you should not be concerned about which model year you are getting as much as you should be dialed in to the correct skill level.

Our Ski Selector can take the guesswork out of choosing the correct ski. To perfect your carving experience, we recommend choosing any railflex binding listed below for the ultimate setup. Skiers who may want to spend a little more time off of groomed runs may want to check out our extensive selection of XRC series skis, which have a little more surface area for variable snow, but still sport a great carving sidecut.

Additional Info

A ski of this length would typically used by a skier 66-69 inches tall. Aggressive skiers or those looking for good off trail performance may go longer, beginners may go shorter.

Additional product information and guidance can be found at our learning center page on Head C Series Skis

If you purchase a ski/binding but no boot from us to go with the skis, we can mount the bindings but you will need to have them adjusted by a local certified binding technician. If you also buy a boot from us on the same order, we will test and adjust the bindings to the boots. New skis come with a thin factory wax layer so you can be ready for skiing out of the box.

All products are new in original packaging with all warranties. This is the same gear selling elsewhere at twice the price. And yes, items like skis, boots, bindings, poles, gloves, etc come with 2 at the listed price.

How can I tell the flex of our skis
-Roger Hall July 04, 2009 8:53AM

Short answer: you really can't
Long answer: You can flex a ski by standing it up holding the tip and flexing in the middle to see how difficult is is to bend. Honestly though you would only notice very soft noodle flexes and very stiff race flexes. If a ski is a carving or all mountain ski you can assume its original flex by the ability level of the ski. Off trail or park skis could be any flex even if geared towards experts. Also a used ski will get softer with each use, how much so depends upon the quality of the ski and type of construction.
