These railflex bindings allow double free flex for the ultimate carving, one screw adjustment, and easy adaptability to most any boot size (these versions fit boots in the 220-320 range so that now even those of you with smaller boots can use the railflex) just like their Railflex II predecessors. What they don't have is 25% of the weight. Railflex bindings where pretty light to begin with so you know this is a feather light setup. The DIN range is 2.5-9, accommodating skiers of any ability in the weight range from about 60-190lbs. Head had one goal with this binding - 'To make the lightest ski-binding combo on the market, without compromising on safety and handling.'
You have gathered by now that this is a light set-up. In fact, it is probably the lightest adult ski-binding set up on the market, I will add that I think it is the ultimate choice for those of you who are afraid of feeling overpowered with your skis and are lighter in weight. Teenage girls in particular have never had an option of a durable adult ski that they could easily manage yet not destroy.
