The Flex Crew is a very comfortable men's long sleeve that is at home in most any outdoor activity. There are what Helly calls 'flex panels' around the elbows and center back that are made to stretch and bend however you are stretching. Of course this crew is made with the LIFA Stay Dry Technology™ to wisk away your body's moisture and flat-lock stitching which makes it super durable. Also on a non-technical note, this shirt has a pretty flattering fit in the bicep and forearm.
