They are 85% polypropylene and 15% spandex, which means that your hands will stay warm even if they get wet and they will stretch to fit the contours of your hands. If the liners do such a good job that your hands sweat, the polypropylene content wicks the moisture away from your hands to keep them dry and comfortable.
