Lange is perhaps the most respected name in ski boots. They have a history of putting out only the highest performing ski boots. While they still are the leaders in "nice race, oh my god take them off they're killing me" boots, they have recently begun making more universal boots for us mortals.
Lange's race boots are an unbelievable 95mm wide and can be called a "no volume" boot, we don't carry those or any like them. The Comp and CRL Boots we carry have widths of 101 and 102mm which make them good performing boots but accessible to the recreational skiers among us. The Comp series is basically unchanged, the CRL series boots morphed into the current Fluid line. We also carry the more comfort oriented Concept boots which at 103mm wide are very generous by Lange standards (though still narrower than most Head ski boots.)
