Times on the map is number of in transit business days. Orders placed before Monday 2:00pm, Tuesday-Wednesday 6:00pm, Thusday-Friday 2:00pm Mountain Time ship the same day. Other orders ship on the following business day unless there is a problem with your order and we cannot contact you.

Shipping to the USA

Levelninesports.com ships UPS for all domestic orders in the lower 48 states. Shipping does not usually require an adult signature, but it is up to the driver's discretion whether or not to leave the package on your doorstep or hold onto it to get a signature. You can always request a signature be required, meaning the driver will not deliver it to an empty house. Faster shipping options are available if needed, but be aware the upgraded service level will cost more.

For those of you who live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico (and other US territories that USPS serves), we ship with the US Postal Service. In some extremely rural areas--Alaskans, you know who you are--USPS will require a PO Box to make delivery.

For those of you who live in APO cities around the world, the shipping fee is a flat $19 regardless of where, and the USPS Priority Mail delivery time is not guaranteed to be 3-5 days (obviously, since the packages are going overseas).

Shipping to Canada

Canada ships DHL Express, with taxes and duties prepaid along with your order total. Repeat: the entire amount of duties/taxes are shown as part of your order total before you have to check out. You will never (or should never) be charged any additional tax/duty upon delivery. There are only so many things that a company can do to lower the import fees and Level9 did all of them. The northern provinces (Yukon, Nunavut, NW Territory) are subject to an additional delivery fee (for being in the icy middle of nowhere), but it will be displayed accurately when you checkout, so you can see if your province is an expensive one (though you probably already know).

Shipping to New Zealand and Australia

Level9 ships DHL every business day to Oz/NZ and we do not charge any duties on these orders. Orders under $1000AU, and likewise orders under $400NZ to New Zealand are generally untaxed (in NZ, if you have a lot of high duty items and you are close to $400NZ, you might actually get charged, high duty items usually are APPAREL, this parenthesis is already too long, so if you have more questions check out the NZ specific page or email chris@levelninesports.com). It never hurts to check with your local border services people, so conveniently Level9 has provided links:
