Return Shipping Label RulesWe made a mistake or the product we shipped to you was damaged, so we are sending you a return label. Here are the rules for sending product back using these labels.First, please email us or give us a call to describe the situation. Sometimes the problem can be resolved without even sending anything back to us. Sometimes all you need is a little instruction on how to use the product before assuming it is broken. If you send an item back to us that has been claimed to be broken and it really isn't, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. The return shipping label we email or send to you will be for a specific product or products predetermined by communication with the shipping department at Level Nine. If any additional items are included in the box that increase the weight or size of the box, you will be charged for the shipping of those items. All returned items require an order number of the original purchase and a description of the situation so we know exactly what to do when the package arrives at our warehouse. We do not do exchanges, so you need to reorder the product's replacement while we are processing a refund for the items returned. All items returned need to be in the original condition that they were shipped in, as well as the packaging. If we receive the return and the item is excessively worn or the item's packaging is destroyed (not caused by the shipping carrier), you will be charged a restocking fee. This fee is determined by the difficulty in reselling an item that does not include the original packaging or if otherwise damaged. |
