This set of Royal Shaft poles comes with 2 sets of baskets, the standard 2.5' diameter and fatter 3.5' diameter for powder at no extra charge. These baskets easily interchange for whatever type of skiing you'll be doing that day.
Royal Shaft pole are made with Goode composite (the same as our Defiance and Supermax lines) and are totally compatible with Goode's interchangable powder baskets which we include at no charge. As you know we are totally sold on the Goode composite poles as they won't bend and break. But I'll let you head over to one of those poles for all that technical mumbo jumbo.
What makes the Royal Shaft poles are the graphics. Not only are they unique and either totally cool or lame depending upon your personality, they are also sublimated. This means they are burned into the pole core so they will not flake off; they maintain their unique appearance forever. This is an expensive and time consuming process which is why they retail for quite a bit more than their Supermax or Defiance counterpart. All Royal Shaft poles come with multi grips, our favorite of all Goode's grips, screw on baskets, and ice-breaker tips.

These poles fit skiers with a height 5'7" - 5'9". Aggressive skiers may want shorter poles and powder skiers may want longer poles.
