Level Nine Learning Center:Key Information:About Us:

The Level Nine Team

Us and our doings

Rich:
Owner and founder of the company. Rich is the carving expert, but don't think he sticks to the hardpack. One of his favorite skis is the Head Monster 88, but is also taking a special liking to the Icelantic Shaman (for good reason).

Jon:
Manager of the shop. Jon is a freeskier, spending most of his time searching for powder at Snowbird, and actually skiing powder at Powder Mountain. When the powder turns to ice, he hits up the park and tries to look like a teenager sliding rails and spinning off the table tops. He is currently skiing the Ninthward twin tip skis and Head Mojo 103's.

Christian:
Manager of operations. Christian is our big mountain, extreme skier. His favorite resort is Solitude, having worked there as a Patroller. Before the resorts open for the day, he often makes a couple of runs in the backcountry.

Tyson:
Part Time sales. At any given time, Tyson has at least 5 pairs of skis, one of which is brand new. He is a solid skier that tears up the Cirque at Snowbird and isn't afraid of big skis. He knows everything about wide skis and will convince you that anything under 90 mm waist is a carving ski (in Utah, at least). He has now proclaimed the Shaman 173cm the greatest powder ski of all time. If powder skis were a category on Jeopardy, Tyson would make Ken Jennings look like Elmer Fudd.

Chris
If you do something with the website, whether make an order, send an email or ask a question through the live chat, it will probably make its way to Chris. Also if you messed up your order (or heaven forbid WE messed up your order), it will probably be Chris giving you a ring.

Mark
We don't really know anything about him. We would say he is a ghost, but a ghost can't really push out the mass amount of shipping items that he does. The age old question "If it doesn't make a sound can it still pack 50 skis a day" has been answered. He seems like a good guy we hope he doesn't go postal on us one day.

Dan
Probably best known for bringing in a 10 page list of Chuck Norris jokes. He's one of those fly-fisherman types, that would rather stand waist-deep in a stream than ride waist-deep snow on a powder day.

Liz
Our newest addition to the team knows a lot about skis, as she grew up racing back east, then moved to Utah to start her real skiing career. She'll be the one on Roxy gear skiing way faster than you and most everyone else at Snowbird.

Gregg (yes, with 3 g's)
He's also new to the crowd, but brings years of experience mounting skis. He's fast and accurate at installing bindings given his engineering background, which means your skis get out to you faster.

Hennie
He knows everyone, and everyone knows him, but mostly girls. Whether its a checkout girl at Home Depot, or people stopped at the stoplight, chances are, you are soon to hear, "Hey, Hennie!" He is doing our filming/media, as well as customer service.
