What information is needed for shipping?

Name and Physical Address, Phone Number

For your item to properly ship, you need to provide a Fedex-able address and contact phone number to be used only by the FedEx driver in case of delivery issues. This information must be included with the payment itself: this means with your PayPal payment or with your money order. This information should not be sent in a separate email. Whatever you do, always make sure that your letter/email provides all the information I need to ship your order; this includes your item number and product description.
