Full manufacturers warranties and guarantees apply to all of our products.

Full manufacturers warranties apply for all items purchased from Level Nine Sports, unless clearly stated in the description of the item.
Warranty issues can be dealt with through the manufacturer, Level Nine Sports, or any authorized local dealer. If you have a warranty issue, please contact us prior to shipping the item to us. We may be able to resolve the problem without replacing the product.
The shipping costs of products to be warrantied, and their replacements, are the responsibility of the customer.
