Why are different sizes priced differently?Supply and Demand. At Level Nine Sports our awesome buying power ensures that you always get the best prices no matter what your size. However, though there are always exceptions (take a look at my price on Edge 10.0 27.5's... insane), two facts ensure that prices for larger sized gear will usually be higher than the same model in a smaller size: 1. Smaller gear is usually easier to get in bulk at low prices. 2. Bigger gear is easier to sell, mostly because of 1. Those of you you need smaller sized gear will notice that some of my prices are sickly low, and unbelievably so. This is your Nirvana, go ahead and make hay while the sun shines (there is no reason to think it will set anytime soon.) For those of you who need larger sized gear, you will just have to be content with by far, the best prices you can find on quality new ski and snowboard gear. Sorry, no Nirvana, but not too bad. |
