The Syndicate from Armada is a ski designed for those skiers who think rocker is for cheaters and turning is only for when you need to scrub some speed. This ski is 107mm underfoot and is a stiff plank intended for big mountain charging skiers. There is only a slight early rise on the Syndicate and a lot of camber for maximum snap and response from the ski while straight-lining chutes, stomping cliffs or cranking down hard-pack. We recommend this ski for aggressive skiers looking for a ski that can annihilate crud and powder while slicing up groomers without skipping a beat.

Free Binding Mounting: We will mount you ski bindings for free whenever you order skis and bindings. If you order boots, too, we can adjust them so they are ready to hit the slopes right out of the box! Just be sure to fill out the mounting form that comes up after checkout.

Secret Stash. You have found the secret stash, home to the best deals on the net, these are the best deals from a website of great deals, insane discounts on products we are trying to move out. These products won't last long so be sure to be quick on the trigger.

Ideal Target Skier: Big Mountain Charger: Top speed, all the time, regardless of terrain, obstacles or children in the way, these skiers need stability on par with professional downhill racers. They are usually looking for long skis that are wide and heavy.

Ideal Target Skier: Powder Hound: If you use your sick days only when it snows 12'' or more overnight and not when you're actually sick, this ski is probably for you. Powder Hounds are on the search for deep and untouched powder, and fat skis to ski it with.

Expert Binding Choices: Some of the binding options (i.e. the Head GTO 15) available for this ski have high din ranges that start at 8 or 9. A very small percentage of skiers will be suitable for these bindings. If you know that you usually set your din at 8 or above, you are in the clear for a high din binding. Otherwise, those bindings are for EXPERT SKIERS ONLY!

Early Rise: Somewhere between rocker and traditional sits the Early Rise. This helps the tip of the ski get up in softer snow, and still maintains good edge grip and firm snow performance.

Wood Core: The standard core which has throughout time provided the best performance and durability. Each model may have it's own density level to help define flex and maximum speed but every wood core ski will be solid.

AR50 Sidewall: Cap in the tip and tail, sidewall under foot that balances performance characteristics with a lower swing weight and increased durability.

We Have Recommended Some Bindings For You: You will notice there is a dropdown menu that says "Ski Bindings" above. These are simply a list of curated bindings we recommend will work best for this particular ski but other bindings will work as well. There are a few factors i.e. brake width, DIN range, ability level that determine an appropriate binding choice, so let us know if you need assistance.

3 Choice Mount Position : The three choices are as follows. Park Mount is where the bindings are closer to dead center on the ski and is best for freeride skiers who want to ski switch a lot of the time. Manufacturer's mount is where the makers of the ski recommend you mount the bindings (usually between park and powder mount). Finally Powder mount is the furthest back on the ski which allows for more tip length and float in powder. If you wish to get more technical on where we mount your skis, please contact customer service.

Fiberglass Laminate Matrix: Deliberate directional layering of fiberglass stringers dictates the flex pattern and torsional rigidity of the ski. Basically, it works with the wood core to give the ski its snap and response.

Great ski for a great priceReview by Decatur

Pros: Fast, great carving ski, good in fresh snow
Cons: Chipped the top sheet on day 2
Location: Breckenridge
These skis have met all my expectations after day 3. They are very fast on groomers and good in powder although I have only tested them on 7 inches of fresh snow on top of hard pack. No problem in the bumps, overall I'm very satisfied. At the price I don't see how you can go wrong. Wish I hadn't chipped the top sheet but we'll assume that's the agressive skiing and not poor workmanship. (Posted on 2/18/2015)
