The Atomic Cloud Plus women's package includes everything a beginner to intermediate lady skier needs to get started on down the hill (except for courage of course). The Cloud Plus Ski with XTE 10 bindings is easy to turn since its lightweight and features "Bend X" technology that softens up the flex of the ski for better edge control. The Skis are white with purple and pink accents and the included Dalbello Ultra boots with magenta buckles couldn't match any better. This boot is a perfect match to this ski performance wise as well with a 55 flex and a comfy 104mm last width. The Cloud Plus and Dalbello Ultra are a match made in ski gear heaven!

Ski poles are your friends. They help you maintain proper form and balance, as well as help you get across the flat spots. The only people that shouldn't use poles are kids that cannot parallel yet, true beginners, snowboarders, and park skiers that desperately need to look like snowboarders. So if you aren't one of these categories, you should be using poles.
Sizing poles is easy. Just use the ski pole Sizing chart to give you a good estimate of what length of poles you should be using.
Ideally, your arm should be parallel to the ground when you grasp the pole (with the tip up) below the basket.

There are cases when you can go longer or shorter than what the chart recommends:

  • If you are a bump skier, you should size down 2-8 inches.
  • If you want an aggressive stance for steeps and higher speed skiing, size down 2 inches.
  • If you are doing a lot of park skiing, size down 2-6 inches
  • If you Telemark, size down 2-6 inches
  • If you are powder skiing a lot, size up 2 inches.
  • If you are ski jousting, size up 4-12 inches

We have thousands of poles to choose from, and if we don't have your size, any of our poles are easy to cut to length.

Free Binding Mounting: We will mount you ski bindings for free whenever you order skis and bindings. If you order boots, too, we can adjust them so they are ready to hit the slopes right out of the box! Just be sure to fill out the mounting form that comes up after checkout.

Early Rise: Somewhere between rocker and traditional sits the Early Rise. This helps the tip of the ski get up in softer snow, and still maintains good edge grip and firm snow performance.

Integrated Binding System: Once mounted, the binding sits on rails or a plate that is affixed to the ski. The main difference, however, is that the binding can move slightly on the rail during the flexing motion of the ski underneath. This setup means the binding does not inhibit the flex of the ski as it is sort of floating on these rails. What this means for the skier: A more even flex and smoother turn, with less skidding or 'chatter' from the ski. This is most noticeable on groomed terrain.

Bend X Technology: A special flex zone in the binding area of the ski makes it easier to bend the ski using less power. This makes turning easier, even for beginner skiers.

Metal Tip Protectors: These skis have rugged tip protectors made of metal that will help fight against chipping and damage to the tips, which is both a performance and cosmetic benefit.

Textured Surface: Ideal for repelling wear and tear on the skis surface. Textured ski surfaces (aka snakeskin topsheet) are rough surfaces to the ski that hide or repel scratches keep your skis look new long after they are not. Originally designed for rental skis for obvious reasons, this surface is now available on a wide variety of retail skis as well since everyone likes their skis to look nice.

Composite Core: This ski features a composite core, which has a softer flex and is lighter weight than wood cores. Junior, entry level, and sometimes even women's models have this type of core to make skiing more enjoyable, and less work.

Cap Construction: The topsheet of this ski drapes over the edge to form a clean and rounded finish to the side of the ski. This style of construction adds some torsional rigidity, and helps reduce topsheet chipping when the skis hit each other.

XTE 10 Bindings: The XTE 10 is a great looking binding to complement your Atomic ski. The din range of 3-10 will accommodate any recreational skier and the easy track system makes adjusting to any size boot a breeze.

Boots are perfectly comfortable and the skis are exactly what I was after. Nice graphics. A great value package. Size guide was really helpful. A note to Aussie buyers - if you live outside metro areas your package will be delivered via Australia Post. Your skis being a larger item may arrive later than other packages from L9 sports. You will receive an email from UPS freight that your item has been delivered and signed for by some unknown person! I had a mild panic attack - but don't worry - this is Australia Post taking over for delivery to you. Just so you know... (Posted on 8/23/2016)

I am a new skier, and needed a cheap quality set to give me more confidence on the slopes. There is a little flex in the boots, and the skis grab the snow to give better control. Great set for a beginner!! (Posted on 3/23/2016)

We live in California and decided to take up skiing. We didn't have any ski stores in the close vicinity so we got on line and found Level Nine. They had everything we were looking for, we wanted a package deal. Both my husband and I order a ski package and we had them within 3 days and everything fit to a tee! I had to contact customer service for a question and I did the "chat" option on their website. I very friendly Jake came on immediately answered my questions. We recommend Level Nine highly! Ordered these for Christmas 2015 for myself and couldn't be happier! I'm a beginner/low intermediate skier and these skis seem like a pair that will last me for a while into a more advanced intermediate. Sizing recommendations seemed true to form I'm 5'4 and got the 148in length, I'm a size 6 street shoe and got the Dalbello boot in 23.5. Highly impressed with LevelNine sports:. Great website, good phone advice on sizing when I called with a question, binding/mounting service was speedy and perfectly mounted, Shipment arrived 3 days after ordering, and all items in perfect condition. Also great value. Would definitely order from them again and recommend to others! Thank you Level Nine Sports! (Posted on 1/25/2016)
