We built big mountain days around the Db Snow Backcountry Backpack 34L. Db took their travel know-how and applied it to a pack that feels just as dialed on the first chair as it does weaving through airport crowds. From dawn patrol laps to hut trips, the Snow Backcountry Backpack 34L keeps our shovel, probe, and glacier tools exactly where we need them and our extra layers, food, and goggles stashed but never buried.

For more technical missions, we lean on the pack’s dedicated avalanche compartment, dual ski and snowboard carry options, and auto-cinching ice axe loops to keep sharp tools secured. The roll-top design gives us expandable literage for helmets and bulky layers, while the “backcess” rear panel makes it easy to grab a puffy or camera without unloading the whole pack. Add a detachable hip belt and chest strap, hip belt pouch, internal mesh pockets, and camera insert compatibility, and we’ve got a 34L backcountry pack that’s as organized as it is rugged.
