This aggressive GS ski is FIS approved for the legitimate junior racers out there looking for a deal on some sick boards. The sandwich construction with dual layers of metal give this ski a damp feel for maximum control at ridiculous speeds. This is not a ski for good skiers, nor is it a ski for advanced skiers. It is for experts, and whatever is above being expert. Its never too late to start training for Korea 2018. Note: We discovered that all sizes of this ski meet FIS Standards only for ages 14 and under. Please refer to your race program officials for more information.

Free Binding Mounting: We will mount you ski bindings for free whenever you order skis and bindings. If you order boots, too, we can adjust them so they are ready to hit the slopes right out of the box! Just be sure to fill out the mounting form that comes up after checkout.

Speed: Racer: Always pushing the limit of top speed, these skiers get in trouble from Ski Patrol on occasion, and are always the fastest skiers on the mountain.

Racing Finish: The edges and bases are prepared for World Cup race level precision. The bases are ground as flat as possible using modern tuning equipment, and have a fine structure laid for reduced friction.

Sandwich Construction (SW): SW means that the sides of the skis are a vertical wall rather the the rounded Cap construction forund on most skis. Since none of the skis material needs to be exerting force maintaining shape at the edges, SW skis are stiffer than their Cap counterparts. Most people find SW skis to be damper, that is more glued to the snow, superior at high speed GS turns and top notch at busting through crud or choppy snow.

Wood Core: The standard core which has throughout time provided the best performance and durability. Each model may have it's own density level to help define flex and maximum speed but every wood core ski will be solid.

Sintered Base: The material used for the base is harder, and therefore more durable than other options (Extruded). This material should be waxed regularly for best performance.

Air Carbon Ti: The core of this ski is made up of a lightweight mix of Air carbon and titanium. Fischer says its guarantees easier handling. We say it lightens up the ski without loosing the good characteristics of heavy, high performance skis.

Air Carbon Core/Chassis : Ultra lightweight and extremely strong high-tech material from the aerospace industry. Improves handling and performance.

Racing Lifter Plate: To get extra edging power, this ski features a plate that the bindings mount directly to. The plate gives skiers extra leverage to roll the ski up on edge, and to hold that edge, especially on hard snow and ice. Plates like this are typically found on racing skis, and other high performance skis that specialize in groomed run performance.

Once the bindings are mounted is there any (how much) adjustment available for different boot sizes? Feet aren't full size yet!
Hi, can you advise why these skis don't meet FIS standards for over 14s? Thanks Kerrie
My understanding is that these skis come in two different stiffnesses: medium & stiff. What are these skis?
What color are these skis? They look like they have a pink/purple hue or are they white?
what binding do you recommend for a 50kg 172cm 14 yr old girl. She is a racer. What is the turn radius on the 170?

what a sensational skiReview by helsbels
Well my other daughter skied on this ski in grand slalom. Won gold in regionals, gold in State. She used it for skier cross also and won gold in regionals and bronze in state. Went to Nationals and finished 18th overall in skier cross. She had such sticking power- she trained with an Olympic athlete who was so impressed. The skis were amazing. She went from around 90th place to Gold. Pretty amazing. (Posted on 1/10/2016)
