The Head i.Supershape Titan is almost a full on racing ski. Take the full dosage of gnarliness in the Head world cup skis and back it off just a little bit. These skis are high speed carving fiends. The main difference between these and race skis is that these have much more shape so they are more playful. Be ready for a stiff and stable ride with insane edge grip, that will having you making trenches visible from the chairlift. Be sure to point them out to whomever is on the chair with you for extra GNAR points.

Free Binding Mounting: We will mount you ski bindings for free whenever you order skis and bindings. If you order boots, too, we can adjust them so they are ready to hit the slopes right out of the box! Just be sure to fill out the mounting form that comes up after checkout.

Ideal Target Skier: Hard Pack Racer: When maximum speed is needed for racing or just to get some wind blowing through your hair (even though you should be wearing a helmet), these guys and girls look for the stiffer and more stable models. No real need to concern yourself with off trail performance, because these skiers think of the groomed runs as being surrounded by hot lava.

Wood Core: The standard core which has throughout time provided the best performance and durability. Each model may have it's own density level to help define flex and maximum speed but every wood core ski will be solid.

Head Kers Technology: Originating in Formula 1 and putting our riders where they belong: in pole. KERS Technology works like a turbo charger that provides additional power and acceleration by stiffening the tail of the ski in outturns.

Era 3.0 Rocker/Camber: Head combines Rocker for flotation in soft snow, a progressive radius for better edge contact and grip, and shock absorption to dampen vibrations.

UHM C Base: The most durable, quickest base material on the market. It requires very little maintenance and allows your skis to do what they are made to do until you decide you've hit so many rocks that it needs a tune.

Sandwich Construction (SW): SW means that the sides of the skis are a vertical wall rather the the rounded Cap construction forund on most skis. Since none of the skis material needs to be exerting force maintaining shape at the edges, SW skis are stiffer than their Cap counterparts. Most people find SW skis to be damper, that is more glued to the snow, superior at high speed GS turns and top notch at busting through crud or choppy snow.

PRD 14 Bindings Included: This ski comes with a Head/Tyrolia PRD 14 Binding Included. It slides onto a PRD Plate that comes pre-installed on the ski and is adjustable from 255-378mm and has a DIN Range that goes from 4-14.

Level9 has the best prices and you'll be hard pressed to find a better deal on new gear. There price on the Heads I bought was better than the exclusive deal I can get as a member of PSIA. I already have a pair of these and wanted another pair and checked Level9 before I bought them through the Pro Deal I can get. I wasn't shocked to see Level9 had a better deal! (Posted on 6/17/2016)

My skis arrived on time 2 weeks ago. They were very well packaged and the bindings were installed on the mounting plates in the correct position for my boot sole length.
I will not be able to try them out until the second week of May up
at Mammoth - I can't wait.
On time shipping, careful packaging and a good price - Thank you very much L9 ! (Posted on 3/29/2016)
The ski performs as describedReview by BobLevel 4 Canadian Skier

This ski is a carver no holds bar. However, it has limits to its speed and will tend to give out a tad bit when pushed too hard (as in GS speeds). By and large it is skookum and performs really well also in the crud during a snow day. I have even enjoyed them in about a foot of fresh snow but no more than that as it begins to be a bit more work.

For its performance on hard pack and versatility regarding crud and powder day... this ski is a no brainer for an ex ski racer who still loves to carve it hard and yet use it as an all-mountain. (Posted on 12/27/2015)
