The Head Rev 80 ski is great for those skiers who spend most of their time on groomed runs, but like to venture into the trees from time to time. These are a sandwich sidewall construction ski which will offer even flex and powerful response will in a turn. There is Era 3.0 technology which essentially combines rocker for easier handling in soft snow with a shorter turning radius that helps the skier initiate turns much more quickly. The Rev 80 SW is best suited for advanced to expert skiers, but upper intermediates could get away with it as well.

Free Binding Mounting: We will mount you ski bindings for free whenever you order skis and bindings. If you order boots, too, we can adjust them so they are ready to hit the slopes right out of the box! Just be sure to fill out the mounting form that comes up after checkout.

Secret Stash. You have found the secret stash, home to the best deals on the net, these are the best deals from a website of great deals, insane discounts on products we are trying to move out. These products won't last long so be sure to be quick on the trigger.

East Coast All Mountain: A newly defined category for skis that could be generally described as eastern all mountain skis or western groomed run skis. This ski should be mostly carving on groomed runs but can handle the occasional powder and crud.

Skier Ability: Advanced to Expert: Skipping the blue runs to get to the black runs, but sometimes a little cautious when it gets very steep, or some hesitation when your buddy says, ''You just have to clear those rocks or else you're toast.''

Speed: Moderate: The speed at which an intermediate skier travels, Moderate means they like to ski faster than beginners, but are never the fastest skiers on a run.

Speed: Fast: At this speed, these skiers are passing most of the others on blue square runs, and keeping up with most skiers on black diamond runs.

Sandwich Construction (SW): SW means that the sides of the skis are a vertical wall rather the the rounded Cap construction forund on most skis. Since none of the skis material needs to be exerting force maintaining shape at the edges, SW skis are stiffer than their Cap counterparts. Most people find SW skis to be damper, that is more glued to the snow, superior at high speed GS turns and top notch at busting through crud or choppy snow.

Wood Core: The standard core which has throughout time provided the best performance and durability. Each model may have it's own density level to help define flex and maximum speed but every wood core ski will be solid.

UHM C Base: The most durable, quickest base material on the market. It requires very little maintenance and allows your skis to do what they are made to do until you decide you've hit so many rocks that it needs a tune.

We Have Recommended Some Bindings For You: You will notice there is a dropdown menu that says "Ski Bindings" above. These are simply a list of curated bindings we recommend will work best for this particular ski but other bindings will work as well. There are a few factors i.e. brake width, DIN range, ability level that determine an appropriate binding choice, so let us know if you need assistance.

Era 3.0 Rocker/Camber: Head combines Rocker for flotation in soft snow, a progressive radius for better edge contact and grip, and shock absorption to dampen vibrations.

Love my new skisReview by Kat
I graduated to intermediate level this season and after renting for 3 seasons, I was ready for my first set of skis.
After my first weekend skiing them, I couldn't be happier. I have never felt so confident on skis before or had this much fun. This is an awesome, very versatile pair of skis that will be great in all kinds of conditions. I found them easy to turn, they held the edge even on icy sections and are just plain fun skis. I got the Head Mya bindings with them and it's a great combo so far. Levelnine shipped super fast and the binding mount was included. Thanks for throwing in some swag, I'll be putting it to good use. Would definitely recommend these skis, especially for the price. (Posted on 3/13/2016)
Excellent alReview by Maja
Pros: Stable, responding, versatile
Cons: A bit heavy
Location: UK
I am skiing from a few seasons and still have a lot to learn. These skis are by far the best I have put my feet on - very easy to turn and forgiving and yet very stable and responding. They did very well both on well groomed and on rough terrain with heavy snow. They were a major factor for me getting good progress on my last ski trip. (Posted on 3/22/2015)
