• A great socializer who enjoys talking to people of all walks of life
• A skier, snowboarder, MTB/Cyclist, or outdoor enthusiast with knowledge about our equipment
• A patient salesperson who can respect that everyone has to start somewhere in any sport
• A gear head who enjoys learning, using, and explaining industry terminology with coworkers and customers

• Promptness
• Effective communication with management
• Ability to stand on feet for an entire shift
• Learn and operate point of sale system and cash register
• Assist multiple customers at a time by balancing time between them
• Ability to lift 35 lbs.

• Full-time, part-time, or seasonal.
