Free Binding Mounting: We will mount you ski bindings for free whenever you order skis and bindings. If you order boots, too, we can adjust them so they are ready to hit the slopes right out of the box! Just be sure to fill out the mounting form that comes up after checkout.

Ideal Target Skier: Developing Young Skier: Anywhere from first timers to advanced youth skiers, that still have a lot to learn about skiing. They might ski fast sometimes, and have a blast, but aren't comfortable with some areas of the mountain.

K2 Catch-Free Rocker: 20% ROCKER: Easy initiation, versatility, agility, 80% CAMBER: Control, edge-hold, rebound This elevated tip and tail assures effortless initiation at slow speeds, stability throughout the turn, and a predictable release from the turn. Simply put, Catch-free Rocker provides confidence, control, and ease for developing skiers.

Cap Construction: The topsheet of this ski drapes over the edge to form a clean and rounded finish to the side of the ski. This style of construction adds some torsional rigidity, and helps reduce topsheet chipping when the skis hit each other.

Tip Protectors: Plastic protectors on the tip increase the durability of the skis and reduce the likelihood of a delamination. Will these ski good for begginer woman 130lbs, 5'7 ? Thank you.
How much adjustment in BSL length will the Tyrolia D11 allow once mounted? I would like to have enough room to fit youth boots in sizes 26.5/307 BSL and a 27.5/317 BSL.

I am looking to get some new skis for my 16 year old son.

He currently has a pair of Head Shape 01 (170cm) which we purchased from L9 3 years ago. He is around 185 cm tall and weights around 65kg and is an intermediate skier who likes the black runs. We would go skiing on average around 7 days per year however in the next 12 months we are off to NZ in June and will be going to Canada in Jan next year.

Are these skis suitable for him or would you recommend something else?

My son uses a 27.5 boot (adult). Will the Sx 10 bindings work with adult boots?

Great skis for the kids Review by DJski
Great skis for advancing kids. These are as quick as you'll want your kids to go, while keeping them anchored to the snow so they're safe. Great value skis that the kids will be able to ski on for years. (Posted on 12/21/2016)
