Comfortable but runs small
My head size is 55cm, so I ordered M size 55-56cm, but it didn't fit, I have to exchange for Size L which head size is 56-58cm. the price is good and exchange is very smooth, customer service is excellent.
I’m very dissapointed. The size is MUCH smaller then listed. I not only measured my head, but tried on another helmet that we own which is another brand, but the cm measurements listed were the same. That helmet had room to spare and this helmet was significantly smaller. The only person in my house the adult small size will fit is my 8 year old. Even my 10 year old can’t fit this helmet. Now, I have to spend MORE money so that we can all wear properly fitting gear this winter.
Good price, does the job, but the ear covers make it a bit smaller than listed.
Removable ear flaps: Soft ear flaps that can be removed for warm weather skiing, or to make the helmet feel a little wider.
Mesh Covered Vents:The vents permanently stay open, but have a mesh layer to keep snow out while still providing breatheability.
Goggle clip:Two lateral guides that keep the goggles in place, and doesn't interfere with the goggle adjustment clips.
Padded Chin Strap:Thin padding under the chin prevents chafing and allows for proper fit of the helmet.
EPS Hard Foam:Expanded Polystyreme (EPS) is a hard foam interior designed for high impact collisions. Slightly heavier than other types of foam, but this is as safe as your noggin is going to be (even if you wear a motorcycle helmet--but that will be a LOT heavier ;) )
CE EN 1077:This is a European standard that has performed testing on these helmets to ensure they function as designed, and that they exceed the minimum standards for snow sports. In other words, they dropped heavy objects on the helmets, and they didn't break.
