Have used these for a hill repeat session and a 10 mile tempo work out on dirt road/rocky trail combo run. The tread is suited for harder surfaces. They are light and nimble. Not as cushioned as the other Raidlight models. Feels like the Salomon S-Lab Sense Ultra series. Good heel counter for heel control and toe bumper for protection. Would like more drop than 4mm, but small trade off for having forefoot cushioning.
Very light and comfortable. Seem to run just a bit small, but they are more of race shoe
